About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the manufacture, testing, and delivery of the AN/SPS-49 Roll Ring Assembly (Part Number 82007601), issued on February 24, 2025, with Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division designated as the overseeing government entity. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all equipment, parts, and labor to manufacture and test the roll ring assembly according to Drawings 82007601 and 81006101, with all deliverables shipped FOB Destination to NSWC Crane, Building 3168. Manufacturing must comply with applicable military standards (MIL-STD-129P, MIL-STD-130N, MIL-STD-2073-1E, and others), military specifications, federal specifications and standards, and industry standards including ISO 9001:2008 and SAE counterfeit avoidance standards.

The contractor must perform comprehensive testing on all manufactured units per Drawing 82007601 specifications and Drawing 81006101 paragraphs 3.7 and 3.8.4, with test reports provided in tabular format comparing test values against performance requirements and tolerance levels. Deliverables include four Contractor Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs): engineering change proposals for obsolescence issues, unit test/inspection reports with serial numbers accompanying each assembly, certificates of conformance, and certificates of compliance for each manufactured item. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001-2015 compliant quality program with root cause analysis capability, implement counterfeit parts mitigation processes per SAE standards, and comply with NSWC Crane Operations Security requirements including counterintelligence briefings and critical information protection. The government will not provide any government-furnished property, materiel, or equipment, and all assemblies will undergo government inspection and acceptance at destination.
