About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the repair of an RBM trailer at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Apra Harbor in Guam. The SOW requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to replace the hydraulic hoses, fittings, and adapters on the trailer. The contractor must also remove and dispose of the existing hydraulic fluid, fill the system with new fluid, and conduct operational tests before and after the repairs. The contractor is responsible for coordinating access to the naval base, adhering to all safety requirements, and properly disposing of any hazardous waste.

The related federal contract opportunity is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Pacific Unlimited in Guam for the trailer repair. The Coast Guard cites the urgency of the repair and the trailer's mission-critical status as the justification for the sole source award. The notice invites other responsible sources to submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to perform the required services before the notice closes.
