Statement of Work A. Background The use of NAVAIR METCAL equipment funding is to procure Calibration Standards (CALSTDs) and ancillary equipment for Aviation Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, Fleet Training Activities and Aviation Navy Calibration Laboratories (NCLs) to support Aviation Organizational and Intermediate (I) level maintenance assets. All Cal Standards listed for procurement must first go through an approval process. This process includes: initial submission by the fleet; review and prioritization by the Fleet TYCOM’s; laboratory workload justification and standardization review by a NAVAIR METCAL technical review team; overall procurement strategy review to assess overall program objectives, priorities and funding.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Calibration Certificate and calibration sticker (as applicable for each unit)

2. Units (over $5,000) shall have an IUID Label applied per DFAR 252.211-7003

B. Tasking:

The contractor shall provide repair and calibration on the following equipment onsite:

1) P/N: 1025LX110-2, Schwien Manometer, S/N: 187R

Repair to cover the following:

a) Clean various parts within the manometer that were exposed to the mercury spill

b) Drain mercury, refill Hg, and repair parts that may have been damaged

c) Quote No: 2054

d) Service travel to include:

I. Onsite Field Service - 7 ½ days, including 5 days onsite and 20 hours of round trip travel time (2 ½ days) door to door from Pomona, CA to New Orleans, LA II. Air fare from ONT to New Orleans III. Car rental for one week, including all fuel, taxes and insurance IV. New Orleans per diem for 6 days V. Round trip shuttle service from Pomona to Ontario Airport

C. Deliverables

1) Delivery of the equipment/service/travel shall be provided at the following address:

D. Delivery Date

1) Scheduled on site repair should be no later than March 1st, 2024.

E. Invoicing

a) All invoicing shall be submitted into Wide Area Workflow for payment after all material is received in the condition as stated in section B.
