The composter must accommodate multiple loads within a 24-hour period and generate fully stabilized output directly from the discharge point without requiring additional curing. Electrical requirements include a main motor of 1 kW, maximum power consumption of 6.5 kWh, and input voltage of 200–240 VAC, 50–60 Hz, 40 Amp. The composter must weigh 4,000 lbs net and include comprehensive safety features such as motor alarm feedback, high-temperature safety switches, hatch safety switches, manual emergency stop, automatic standby mode, and fault indicator lamps. Additional requirements include a hydraulic lift system for waste/compost handling and one prefabricated shipping container (with explanation if not required). The contractor shall also provide delivery to FPC Alderson, on-site installation, system commissioning, and training for staff and program participants on safe and effective system use.
