SOW GuardianCare Protection Program

VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is requesting a 4-year (base + 3 option years) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for Haivision/Cinemassive™ 24/7 Protection Program for the Cinemassive™ Video Wall in the lobby of the University Drive campus, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240.

Cinemassive is now known as Haivision.

The Protection Program will provide 24/7 support coverage via remote and on-site personnel from vendor’s Support Desk/Team to VA personnel.

1. 24/7 Phone Support: Vendor personnel will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Vendor will provide a phone number to be used by VA personnel to receive support.

2.Vendor will provide an online site for VA personnel to submit tickets for support, troubleshooting, and be able to access answers to questions.

3. On-Site Support: VA personnel will have access to two on-site support visits per year. These visits may be used for preventative maintenance, upgrades, or emergency dispatch for hands-on assistance with an issue.

4. Service Level Objectives: VA personnel will receive guaranteed response times depending on the severity of the issue.

Urgent-First technical response within 1 hr High-First technical response within 2 hrs Normal- First technical response within 4 hrs Low-First technical response within 24hrs

5. Free Software Updates: VA personnel will receive free access to all updates within the current major version release of CineNet software which is presently being used.

6. VA personnel will be able to receive access to all major upgrades to the CineNet software platform. When a major upgrade is deployed, vendor will provide a remote training session to VA personnel to review new functionality and features.

7. Extended Limited Warranty: All Haivision manufactured products, except for displays, will be covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for up to four years. Haivision manufactured displays will be covered for up to two years. The vendor Support team will provide basic support for third-party products.

8. Basic Support for Third-Party Products: VA personnel will have access to basic support services for third-party products integrated by Haivision. Vendor Support Team will provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and will assist VA personnel with third-party manufacturers for warranty-related coordination.
