About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of a replacement Reverse Osmosis unit for the USCGC HAWK, a U.S. Coast Guard vessel. The reverse osmosis system has failed to operate despite maintenance efforts including replacement of high-pressure membranes, pre-filters, and descaling treatments; water output remains at 500 PPM or higher, indicating the unit requires replacement. The contractor must procure and deliver a new Reverse Osmosis Unit model PW-400-CPB (440VAC, 3-Phase, 60HZ, Part Number 90-8605, NIIN 017297689) directly to EMC Joshua Hailey at USCGC HAWK located at 3000 Fort Point Road, Galveston, TX 77550.

The period of performance runs from February 4, 2026 through December 15, 2026. Work must be performed to the best standard practices by experienced personnel, subject to approval by the Engineer Petty Officer. This procurement is being processed as a combined synopsis/solicitation (Solicitation Number 52000QR260001987) under FAR Part 12 for commercial items on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS code is 336611 with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees. Interested vendors must submit pricing with detailed cost breakdowns and product data sheets for technical review. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis to the lowest aggregate price offeror.
