Statement of Need:
Blackwater NWR needs to replace a high-volume water pump and associated hoses.
Description of Goods:
This contract is for the purchase of a 540 RPM, 16-inch-high volume water pump.
(pump).
Delivery will be made no later than 11/30/24.
The pump must be capable of attaching directly to a Deutz power unit without adapters or other mechanical means of operating. Any questions may be addressed through Facility Manager, Pat DiDomizio (contact # 443-515-0053).
Registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov is required. Invoices should be submitted through the invoicing electronic payment system, IPP, at https://www.ipp.gov/ Vendor will need to register in both systems to get paid.
Payments will be received from the FWS Finance Center within 30 days after invoice submission in compliance with the Prompt Payment Act of 1989. Payments will be received via electronic funds transfer to contractor’s bank. No other payment method is available.
