About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for appliance procurement issued by the Camp Perry Joint Training Center (CPJTC), located in Port Clinton, Ohio, for Phase 4 of a project involving new cottages and bungalows. The procurement involves supplying and installing 5 refrigerators and 5 stoves (2 ADA-compliant and 3 standard) across Cottage 611 and Bungalows 612-615, with specific requirements for white, Energy Star-qualified appliances featuring top freezer refrigerators and electric stoves with specific design considerations. The project requires all appliances to be fully assembled and installed prior to August 30, 2025, with contractors responsible for coordinating closely with CPJTC, maintaining work area cleanliness, ensuring material security, and providing a minimum one-year written warranty.
The SOW indicates that potential bidders must submit detailed proposals with pictures of proposed items for pre-approval by the CPJTC Business Administrator, with approvals required at least 24 hours before bid closure. Interested parties can arrange site visits and obtain additional information by contacting Debbie Paul at the provided contact information. While specific pricing details are not included in the document, the procurement appears to be a targeted, specific appliance replacement project with clear technical specifications and accessibility requirements for a military training facility.
