About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a ramp repaving project for the United States Coast Guard Air Station in San Francisco. The project requires completely demolishing and removing the existing ramp attached to the supply warehouse hangar building and constructing a new ramp, with the work area approximately 38'x27'.
The contracted company must perform specific tasks including demolishing and disposing of existing pavement, preparing the subbase, installing rebar, forming and pouring concrete, ensuring a flat surface, and creating smooth transitions between the driveway and ramp. The work must be completed within 60 days after contract award, with the contractor required to provide a key personnel list to the Contracting Officer and obtain prior approval before entering the facility. The Coast Guard will conduct periodic inspections using a 100% quality assurance surveillance method, with the contractor responsible for re-performing any unsatisfactory work at their own expense.
