Statement of Work Vehicle Maintenance Air Line Filtration/Lubrication System

Grand Forks AFB, USAF

Filtration/Lubrication System for the 319 Logistics Readiness Sq

DATE: 17 April 2025

1.0 BACKGROUND

The current air system in the Vehicle Maintenance Special Purpose shop utilized for specialty tools and equipment for vehicle maintenance operations has degraded over 75% in the past few years. Currently there are 17 hose reels with 5 in service and 12 air drops with 3 in service, to include, regulators, water traps and oilers, reducing usable workspace to perform vehicle sustainment operations.

2.0 OBJECTIVES

The new air system enhances mission operations as it provides technicians with more usable workspace to perform vehicle sustainment operations. The completed air system installation will provide a reliable, efficient, safe, and code-compliant compressed air supply throughout the vehicle maintenance shop, meeting the current and anticipated future demands of all pneumatic tools and equipment. The system will deliver clean, dry, and contaminant-free compressed air pressure to all designated outlets and equipment locations. Utilize high-quality materials and components designed for industrial use and longevity in a vehicle maintenance environment. The system should be robust and require minimal maintenance.
