About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an Aerospray Slide Stainer system to be procured by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 23. The solicitation (36C26326P0675) is being issued as a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under FAR 12.102 authority, with intent to award to ELITechGroup Inc., identified as the only authorized vendor able to meet requirements in the specified geographic region. The NAICS code is 334516 and the product/service code is 6640. This Notice of Intent solicits capability statements from interested vendors to demonstrate their experience and qualifications to provide the Aerospray Slide Stainer and related services, with submission requirements including organization name, UEI number, address, point of contact information, website, and telephone number.

The SOW document itself specifies the technical and operational requirements for the Aerospray Hematology Slide Stainer system. Interested vendors must submit detailed capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet all specialized requirements outlined in the SOW, including organizational expertise in hematology laboratory equipment and slide staining systems. Failure to respond with substantiated capabilities may impact the Government's assessment of industry capability to perform these requirements. The Government is conducting this market survey to ensure fair and reasonable pricing and to validate that alternative vendors possess the necessary technical qualifications and authorized status to provide this proprietary equipment system.
