This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines requirements for engineering, furnishing, installing and testing (EFI&T) new premise wiring and network equipment in building 301D room 41G at Offutt AFB, NE to support Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) for the 97th Intelligence Squadron. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, tools, and management for installing new (not refurbished) network switches and premise wiring that meets Trade Act Agreement compliance.

Key requirements include installing green-colored fiber optic cabling terminated in patch panels, coordinating with AT&T for network specifications, providing user drop locations and wall outlets, removing unused cabling, and ensuring all work meets BICSI/TIA and UFC standards. The period of performance is 3 months, with work conducted during normal business hours Monday-Friday. The contractor must provide a full-time on-site Project Manager, weekly status reports, as-built drawings, and testing documentation. All work requires coordination with base security due to the secure facility location, and contractor personnel may need Secret clearances.
