About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Radio Frequency (RF) Emissions Testing Services issued by Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington. Element Materials Technology is the contractor responsible for performing RF emissions testing on the client's Unit Under Test (UUT), which consists of a Tablet (SN 7M8KLZ3) and a wireless access point (SN FJC28151MMV). The testing encompasses two items: emissions measurement at a directional antenna and emissions measurement at a radio antenna, both measuring maximum RF output in dBm at their respective connection points.
The performance period runs from September 14, 2026, through November 30, 2026. The total firm-fixed cost is redacted in the document, with additional testing time beyond the included 12 hours billed at a redacted hourly rate. Payment terms are Net 30. Deliverables consist of a comprehensive test report in PDF format detailing procedures and results. Client responsibilities include providing a Purchase Order referencing Quotation Number 67552Rev1, ensuring the UUT is fully operational, providing special test fixtures or support equipment, managing UUT setup and operation with clear written instructions, providing a shipping address and FedEx/UPS account number for return of the UUT, and completing a Trade Compliance Questionnaire before project commencement. The scope assumes setup and teardown will not exceed two hours, the UUT will pass all tests on the first attempt with no troubleshooting required, and testing will not exceed 12 hours. A cancellation fee may apply if the Client cancels, postpones, or delays with less than ten business days' notice, ranging from one week of EMI Lab time to the full quoted cost.
