STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

DMEA 20-0E9

14 May 2020

1.0 SCOPE:

1.1 TITLE: Transmission Line Pulse (TLP) Tester

1.2 APPLICABILITY: DMEA Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) TLP Testing

1.3 BACKGROUND: Microelectronics that are used in military application must withstand harsh environments that may create intense electrostatic fields. DMEA has the need to create ESD protection structures at wafer level that will provide the warfighter with microelectronics that can withstand these fields. The use of a Transmission Line Pulse (TLP) test system reduces the cost and design time of these protection structures. DMEA does not currently have a TLP tester.

1.4 PURPOSE: The purpose of this task is to purchase a Transmission Line Pulse (TLP) test system for the purpose of wafer level and packaged part testing.
