This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk’s intent of this announcement is to identify software that can meet the same capabilities AND/OR identify authorized resellers of the software prescribed in the section below in support of the Center for Surface Combat Systems.

This announcement constitutes a sources sought for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and a contract will not be awarded from of this announcement. This announcement is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.

Anticipated NAICS Code The applicable NAICS code and size standard will be 511210 – Software Publishers and $38.5M. Respondents should provide their business size in potential NAICS.

Reponses to this Sources Sought request should reference N3596A20RCCS007 and shall include the following information in this format:

1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address.

2. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.

3. If the product can be solicited from NASA SEWP, GSA, or alternative suggested vehicles.

4. Size of business - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Service Disabled Veteran-owned, etc.

5. Capability statement displaying the contractor’s ability to provide the software below (i.e., authorized seller/re-seller), or the ability to provide a comparable software that meets all capabilities of the sought out software (as prescribed below).

6. Include any other supporting documentation.

7. Comments or suggested changes to the Government's NAICS Determination

Software/Requirement:

(1) TITANIUM-LINUX-PT01 - TITANIUM (w/ Trueboot) Software Development Kit (SDK)

(11) TITANIUM-LINUX-SM01- TITANIUM (w/ Trueboot) Runtime Security Modules

This software has been determined through market research and evaluation as the only software that is compliant and contains the security features required to enable the protection of sensitive software. This software is being used to protect a released version of a classified weapon system. The software on its own is not classified until integrated. Star Lab’s Titanium Security Suite for Linux (Titanium) is the only commercially-available product designed to secure Weapon System software against malicious cyber attacks, insider threats, tamper, and reverse-engineering. No other product besides Titanium provides a set of capabilities for Linux that includes Data-at-Rest Protection, Secure Boot, Application-Whitelisting, File and Disk Encryption, Data-in-Memory Protection, and Anti-Debug. Titanium is also the only security suite for Linux on the market that includes developer-friendly tooling, in the form of a graphical user interface, allowing program engineers to quickly and easily package elements of a Linux system for operational environments. Finally, Titanium has been designed to leverage open standards allowing it to meet performance, reliability, sustainability, and security requirements of the U.S. Navy.

Submissions are not to exceed 5 (5) typewritten pages in no less than 12 font size.
