For this procurement, a DNAD is only applicable to PGC 12170 Heritage Taupe (DNAD

PGC for this cloth is PGC 12813).

The Contractor will be responsible for:

• Production Oversight: Ensuring that the cloth materials are produced in accordance with the applicable specifications and quality control standards. This includes monitoring the production process, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and verifying that the finished products meet all requirements.

• Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining a robust quality assurance program to ensure that all materials meet the required standards. This includes conducting inspections, tests, and audits throughout the production process.

• Supply Chain Management: Managing the supply chain from raw materials to finished products, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics.

• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and complete records of all production and delivery activities.

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Important Notes:

• The Contractor is not required to be a direct manufacturer of the cloth materials.

• The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the material, regardless of the manufacturing source, is produced and delivered in accordance with the terms of any subsequent contract and delivery orders.

• The Government may require the Contractor to perform testing and inspection of materials at the Contractor's facilities or at the manufacturer's facilities.

• Under any resultant solicitation, offerors may be required to provide samples of proposed cloth and/or letters of commitment from the manufacturers of the cloth with either a Government test report showing that the cloth meets the requirements or a full test report from a certified laboratory to demonstrate this.

• Under any resultant solicitations, offerors may be notified that awards will not be made on an “all-or-nothing” basis. In this case, offerors will not be required to provide all cloth items listed above and instead can provide only the cloth it can successfully produce, source, and delivery.
