About this file

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis document for a market research effort by the 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG) seeking potential contractors for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Logistic Support. The acquisition strategy involves a three-year contract (one base year plus two one-year option periods) with an 8(a) small business set-aside, targeting NAICS Code 541611 for Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. Interested contractors must submit a Contractor Capability Survey by close of business on 14 April 2025 to Dakota Flournoy via email, providing detailed business information, past project experience, and responses to commerciality questions. The government is seeking firms with expertise in logistic support requirements, with the capability survey designed to assess potential contractors' abilities to meet the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
