About this file
This is a Sources Sought Survey issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District for market research purposes to identify contractor interest and capabilities in providing architect-engineering (A-E) services. The survey is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract; responses are voluntary and will not be returned to respondents. The Government intends to establish a Regional A-E Design Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the USACE Great Lakes and Ohio River Division's Civil Works and Interagency and International Services programs.
A-E services under this MATOC will be procured through qualifications-based selection, with all resulting task orders issued as Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts. Task orders are anticipated to encompass a variety of architect-engineering services with performance locations within the geographical boundaries of USACE's Lake and Ohio River Division, including but not limited to preparation of construction drawings and related design services. Both small and large business entities are encouraged to respond, and this market research notice does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP) that may be issued. No funds are available for response preparation, and responses will be used solely for Government market research.
