VENDING MACHINES

CONCESSIONAIRE (NAF)

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, IL

This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron, Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources to provide Amusement, Music, and Vending Machine Concessionaire services. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses with an inventory capable of providing concessionaire services for the Stars & Strikes Bowling Center located at Scott Air Force Base. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 713120 and the business size is $8M.

Description of Service The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to furnish, operate, maintain, and repair all Vending Machines in the Stars & Strikes Bowling Center at Scott Air Force Base, IL.

Performance Requirements The concessionaire will operate all machines agreed upon in the contract and provide maintenance of a quality satisfactory to the bowling center manager. At his expense, the concessionaire will obtain all permits, give all necessary notices; pay all license fees; and comply with all municipal, prefectural, and national laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations as they may apply; and assume complete and sole liability for all national, state, and local taxes which may apply

Contract Type 375 Contracting Squadron is anticipating a firm fixed price contract.

The duration of the contract would be one (1) base year plus four (4) one (1) year options.

Information Required This acquisition is being considered for Small Business Socio-Economic contracting programs (i.e., Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB)) and Small Business set-aside.
