About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details programming and training requirements for Godwin Dri-Prime CD225M Pumps operated by Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF). The contractor must supply a manufacturer-trained certified technician to perform initial setup, system programming, calibration, and operational testing for three Godwin pumps with associated VFDs, and provide comprehensive on-site training for PHNSY & IMF personnel covering VFD operation, start-up procedures, programming scenarios, sensor integration, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance methods.

The PWS specifies strict contractor personnel requirements, including wearing identification badges, complying with safety protocols, and following security procedures. Contractors must complete background checks via the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) and obtain GREEN Security Access Control Badges at least three weeks prior to site entry. Work will be performed during normal government business hours (0630-1500 HST, Monday-Friday), with travel expenses to be covered in accordance with Department of Defense and Federal Acquisition Regulation guidelines. The objective is to ensure PHNSY & IMF personnel can effectively operate and maintain the Godwin pump and VFD systems with minimal equipment downtime.
