Responses should include identification of small business status applicable to the NAICS code, any anticipated teaming arrangements with clear delineation of prime versus subcontractor responsibilities, and descriptions of similar services provided to the government and commercial customers over the past three years. Respondents are directed to reference the attached draft Statement of Work to develop appropriate capability statements. No specific response date, award date, or pricing information is provided in this market research notice, as responses are for information and planning purposes only to inform the government's acquisition strategy development.
