About this file
This document is a Sources Sought Notice for a brand-name procurement of two (2) Getinge Aquadis 56 Washer Disinfection Systems. The U.S. Government is seeking vendors, including small businesses, that can provide these washer decontamination systems to sanitize germs, viruses, fungi, bacteria, and other biohazards in a dental environment. The current systems at the Defense Health Agency Dental Clinic #3 on Fort Riley, Kansas are at the end of their life cycle, so the scope includes removal, replacement, and installation of the new systems. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price with a one-year warranty and training period. While this is not a solicitation, the Government is gathering information to potentially set-aside the requirement for small businesses. Interested parties should provide details on their qualifications, pricing, delivery, and recommendations to improve the acquisition approach.
