About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) for the procurement of specialized marine equipment. The solicitation seeks two Horizontal Split Case (HSC) Circulator Pumps, two Variable Speed Motors, and two Variable Frequency Drive Motor Controllers for land-based shipboard system testing, with specific technical requirements including demineralized water usage, total flow of 8,000 GPM, 100 HP motor rating, and 480 VAC electrical specifications. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type, with an anticipated award in Q3/Q4 FY26, and no specific set-aside for small businesses, though defense and commercial contractors including small, veteran-owned, HUBZone, and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
