Annual AmeriCorps State and National Grantee Symposium (Virtual)

This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for the Annual AmeriCorps State and National Grantee Symposium as further defined in the attached statement of work (SOW) document. As part of its market research, AmeriCorps is issuing this SSN to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of fulfilling the requirements as further described in the SOW. The Government may use the responses to this SSN for information and planning purposes.

This SSN is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of AmeriCorps’ market research. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. This SSN is posted to sam.gov.

Responses to this SSN are not quotes on which AmeriCorps can issue any orders. This SSN is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government does not intend to award an order based only on responses to this SSN.

All information received in response to this SSN marked “Proprietary” will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.

Responses to the SSN will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SSN. AmeriCorps will not pay for information received in response to this SSN.

There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this

SSN.
