SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE
The United States Capitol Police (USCP) is seeking capabilities statements from qualified vendors that can provide lodging solutions for use during emergencies with limited notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes. No award will result from this notice. The USCP is seeking capabilities statements from qualified vendors. Respondents may or may not be contacted for additional information. Interested vendors shall email their Capabilities Statement to Contracting Officer Alexander Cooper at alexander.cooper@uscp.gov no later than 4:00 PM ET on January 12, 2024.
The USCP is seeking vendors that are qualified to provide the services described herein:
DRAFT SCOPE:
The Contractor shall identify, negotiate and secure accommodations, housing and optional services for Federal Agency, State and Local Government first responders, federal employees, support personnel, disaster survivors, their pets, service animals, and any other authorized user or recipient of the services. Emergency lodging and optional services will be authorized only through issuance of a task order executed by any authorized Ordering Agency.
Emergency accommodations will encompass the full range of safe, clean, secure lodging/housing and optional services for the contiguous United States. The outcome of this support will also provide safe, affordable lodging/housing in a cost-effective manner.
Emergency lodging and optional services will be authorized only through issuance of a task order executed by a USCP Contracting Officer, or by a Purchase Card holder.
