2. In addition, complete columns I through K on the Attachment for each item being included in your company’s response to this SSN. The following information contained in columns I - K are required to ensure proper regulatory considerations are satisfied:

Country of Origin – The Country of Origin is a critical aspect of the TAA compliance and non-compliance, as the TAA restricts the U.S. government from purchasing products or service that are not made in the United States or in countries that have a trade agreement with the U.S.

Therefore, for a product to be considered TAA compliant, its Country of Origin must be either the United States or one of the countries with which the U.S. has a trade agreement that allows for the procurement of goods. For non-TAA compliant products, respondents must provide the country of origin, specifying both where the product is sourced and/or manufactured.

Trade Agreement Act (TAA) Compliant; Yes or No: TAA Compliant refers to products that meet the requirements of the TAA, ensuring they are manufactured or substantially transformed in the United States or designated countries.

Delivery Terms # Days After Receipt of Order (ARO): Delivery Terms ARO refers to the timeframe within which products or services will be delivered after the order as been officially received.
