About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice for Weekend and Holiday Onsite Psychiatry Services issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration Louisville VA Medical Center. The notice seeks to identify qualified sources to provide comprehensive psychiatric services, with a projected contract award timeline of 6-12 months. The requirement is for psychiatrists to provide weekend and holiday coverage at the medical center, with an anticipated one-year base period and four one-year option periods under NAICS code 621112 and a small business size standard of $13.5 Million.
Respondents must complete a questionnaire by September 30, 2025, and are encouraged to highlight their capabilities, especially if they are Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), or other small business categories. Mandatory requirements include active SAM registration and, for SDVOSB/VOSB claims, verification in the VetBiz Registry. The Government will use the responses to determine the appropriate acquisition method and potentially publish a pre-solicitation synopsis, with the ultimate goal of securing a new contract for onsite psychiatric services that meet the standard of care in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility.
