Title: Pavement Painting

Place of Contract Performance: Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), Montana 59402

Product Service Code: Z1LB – Maintenance of Highways/Roads/Streets/Bridges/Railways

NAICS Code: 237310 – Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction

Small Business Administration Size Standard: $45 Million ($45,000,000)

Description: The 341st Contracting Squadron is contemplating a solicitation for the application and maintenance of pavement paint markings throughout Malmstrom AFB, Montana. Work may include:

a) Application of new paint markings on airfields, roadways, driveways, and parking lots on concrete and asphalt surfaces,

b) Removal or renewal of existing paint markings on airfields, roadways, driveways, and parking lots on concrete and asphalt surfaces, and

c) Other work associated with removal or renewal of existing and installation of new paint markings on concrete and asphalt surfaces.

Potential Acquisition Strategy: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 237310, with a size standard of $45,000,000. The Government is contemplating a Requirements type contract with an initial five (5) year ordering period with a two (2) year optional period with an expected aggregate capacity of $2,000,000. Actual projects upon award of the Pavement Painting contract are currently estimated to be at a minimum level of $5,000 and an estimated maximum of $2,000,000 per task order.

The Government is specifically interested in identifying small business concerns, to include 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) interested in completing this requirement. The Government is requesting all interested parties to submit the information stated below to the primary POC, T. Cameron Swathwood, at todd.swathwood.3@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 31 January 2024.
