SOURCES SOUGHT

Hazardous Air Pollutants on Site Extended Range (HAPSITE ER) System Components Service and Maintenance

1.0 Description

This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or intent to issue a RFP in the future. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought; therefore all costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in a future RFP, if one is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor www.SAM.gov for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

2.0 Background

The 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified personnel to perform maintenance and repair for Hazardous Air Pollutants on Site Extended Range (HAPSITE ER) systems as well as provide 24/7 telephone reach back support in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $22M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J065 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies.

3.0 Requested Information

Vendors responding shall specify that their services meet the specifications provided in the PWS and provide detailed company information to show clear technical capability. Please provide the following information:

• Company Name, Address, UEI and CAGE Code

• Identification of business size and whether currently designated as a small business and the appropriate categories (small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business, HUB zone, minority-owned, etc.)

• Verification of OEM Certification

• Capabilities Statement

4.0 Responses

All responses must be received no later than 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on 23 June 2022.
