SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Currently all FMxC2/G081 data is at the controlled unclassified information level processed on unclassified Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) network, but classified data processing on Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) network is a possible future requirement. Since the level of work performed under this contract/order may be up to the Secret level and will require Secret access eligibility, the company must have a final Secret Facility Clearance from the Defense Security Service Facility Clearance Branch.

All staff much have a Secret level clearance to be granted authorized access to the DISA network, which is mandatory for all staff to perform under this task order. Staff requiring authorized but not elevated network privileges (such as application developers) do not require 8570 IA certifications to perform their duties.

Some labor categories on this contract, such as application and database administrators, require elevated privileges on the network since they can potentially configure, modify, or delete system or security configurations. These elevated privileges are on the NIPRNET now, but a set of system/database administrators may require elevated privileges on the SIPRNET in the future.

Depending upon network and role, elevated IAT levels and 8570 IA certifications maybe required for these positions.

Unless approved by the Government Contract Officer’s Representative in advance to work remotely, all DISA staff not in leave status to include contractors on this task order are expected to be able to return to duty or in some cases data center OKC within 2-hours of notification to respond to system incidents or local or national events or emergencies.
