About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) indicating their intent to award a sole source firm fixed price requirement to OncoLog Software (SW) - Solution Delivery Division (SDD) for the renewal of the Department of Defense (DoD) Cancer Registry (CR) software. OncoLog SW is a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software used to manage the DoD CR, which is a cloud-based system that will replace the existing Automated Central Tumor Registry (ACTUR) and Brooke Army Medical Center's COTS application. The DoD CR offers military treatment facilities (MTFs) and associated federal partners the ability to document cancer findings in a central cloud-based repository. The award will include a base year and four option years. All interested small businesses may submit a capability statement that identifies their business size, along with an authorized letter from the manufacturer demonstrating their authority to provide the OncoLog SW - SDD for the renewal application. If no responses are received by the date indicated, a sole source award will be made to OncoLog SW - SDD.
