Vendors must submit a shop towel sample for approval prior to contract award and perform weekly inventory with the government Point of Contact, with a final inventory at contract completion. 1.0 Scope of Work. The vendor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and service to provide rental shop towels to designated shops at DLA Distribution San Joaquin which is located on 25600 Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95376.
Work Hours: The vendor shall perform services during normal business hours, 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays.
2.0 Period of Performance. The period of performance shall be for one (1) base period and two (2) option periods as follows:
Base Period: July 15, 2026 to July 14, 2027 Option Year 1: July 15, 2027 to July 14, 2028 Option Year 2: July 15, 2029 to July 14, 2030
4.0 Requirements
4.1 The vendor shall provide delivery and pickup of quality rental shop towels on a weekly basis. Vendor must provide a sample of the shop towel prior to award of the contract to the Contracting Officer’s Point of Contact (POC) at DLA Distribution San Joaquin for approval. Shop towels may be soiled with grease and oils.
4.2 The shop towels are to be Number 1 Grade type shop towels (100% cotton) standard size (approximately 18” x 18”) and shall be of a uniform color.
4.3 The vendor and government POC will inventory the towels weekly upon delivery. At the end of the contract period the vendor and the government POC will perform a final inventory.
4.4 Vendor will contact each POC upon arrival to the depot site. Site POC will be provided under separate cover after contract is awarded.

A response to this Notice is required by May 1, 2026, 1200 EST. Responses must be received electronically. Paper media will not be opened. Email responses should be sent to thomas.semones@dla.mil, subject line addressed as “DDJC Laundry Services SP330026Q0111.” Please be advised that any responses exceeding the government’s email size of 15 MB may be returned undelivered and may require two or more separate email submissions to successfully submit any and all attachments.
