This is a Sources Sought Synopsis, for market research purposes only, and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.

The 633rd Contracting Squadron is seeking information for potential firms qualified to provide quotes on a future solicitation. Services shall cover all necessary tasks to provide preventive maintenance inspections and calibration for equipment at Langley AFB hospital. Details for the proposed award are included in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

The expected NAICS Code for this procurement is 811219. Please submit any additional NAICS code suggestions as appropriate. Any information is voluntary. Request interested firms submit (1) the Name, Address, Phone Number of the firm, CAGE code; (2) A capabilities statement including summery of their product/services (no more than 10 pages); (3) Their size status. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. Responses must be received no later than 08:00 AM EST on 20 July 2020 to be considered. Send all responses to SSgt Peter Hobold at Peter.hobold@us.af.mil Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from industries responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future RFP.

Potential Offerors are cautioned that this synopsis is for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute an RFP nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or substituting a response to this notice.
