About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Department of the Army for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to identify potential qualified sources for a CCURE 9000 access control system renovation project. The work will be performed at the DLA facility in Building 2, Whitehall, Ohio. The Government seeks sources under NAICS code 561621 with a size standard of $25 million to assess market capacity and inform future acquisition decisions. Responses are not offers and cannot form binding contracts, though the submission of pricing, capabilities statements, and market information is encouraged per FAR 15.201(e).
The scope of work requires the contractor to provide comprehensive renovation services including the procurement, installation, configuration, and testing of CCURE 9000 system components. Specific deliverables include one new workstation with management software housed in a locked cage, two monitors, one operating system license, one network switch, three Cat 6 network cables with RJ45 terminations (estimated 40 labor hours for network mapping and configuration), and four OMNIKEY Desktop Enrollment Readers. A critical requirement is that the system must operate as a strictly isolated, air-gapped standalone system with no connection to the internet, DLA enterprise network, or other external networks. Prospective respondents must provide organization information, size status and representations (SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, or Large Business classification), confirmation of small business status under the NAICS code, manufacturing location (domestic or foreign), SAM.gov Unique Entity ID, and tailored capability statements addressing organizational capacity. Responses must be submitted electronically in Word or PDF format to Contract Specialists Brice Royer and Noah Beasley at brice.a.royer.mil@army.mil and noah.m.beasley.mil@army.mil by the designated due date.
