NOTICE:

This is a sources sought notice; there is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will receive no response. This Sources Sought notice is published for market research purposes only. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the requirements for providing building demolition services for a multiple level dormitory at

Hurlburt Field, Florida. A Statement of Work is included to provide respondents a better understanding of the needs of Hurlburt Field and the respondent's potential ability to meet the government's requirements.

DETAILS:

All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The National American Industry Classification System

(NAICS) code for this action is 238910 and the small business size standard is $16.5M.

Prospective contractors are cautioned to ensure that the proper NAICS code appears in their

SAM record. This acquisition will be set-aside strictly for small business concerns.

Contractors responding to this notice shall confirm that they are a small business and identify their participation in any small business socioeconomic contracting program(s).

All interested contractors shall submit a capabilities package up to a maximum of five pages. The capabilities package shall be concise while clearly demonstrating an ability to meet the stated requirements.

Include the following in your capabilities package:

(a) Company Name

(b) Address

(c) Point of Contact

(d) Telephone number

(e) E-Mail Address

(f) CAGE Code

(g) Web Page URL (if available) and

(h) Small business size certification if applicable

(i) Brief summary of relevant projects

Please submit one electronic copy of your response to robert.rogers.70@us.af.mil and christopher.smith.110@us.af.mil no later than May 29, 2020 at 2:00PM (Local – Hurlburt Field

Time).

Please note that some emails may be blocked; therefore, follow-up via telephone at (850) 884-

1269 is strongly recommended to ensure receipt of your submission by the government, if receipt has not already acknowledged.

CONCLUSION:

The government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote, nor does this issuance restrict the government's acquisition approach. The government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. If the government decides to award a contract for this effort, a solicitation will be issued at a later date.
