SUBJECT: SOURCES SOUGHT – Space Systems Command (SSC) Building 1840 Workstations
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
The 21st Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential Haworth branded office furniture resellers or office furniture that is equal in order to add two (2) additional workstations in Building 1840 on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. The existing workstations are Haworth branded office furniture and any brand that is equal will need to integrate with the existing Haworth branded office furniture. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 – Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,100 employees. The Government is requesting information for purchase of the products with the specified characteristics listed in Attachment 1 – Building 1840 Layout and Chairs.
Submit any and all questions regarding this sources sought no later than 26 August 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Questions will be submitted via electronic mail to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Cayce Moses, at cayce.moses@spaceforce.mil. After the suspense, the contracting officer will post an amendment to this sources sought answering all questions. The suspense for responses below will remain the same.
Interested and qualified sources are requested to submit the following information to this office by electronic mail by: 27 August 2025 at 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time.
(1) Is there a brand that can provide workstations (style, color, height, etc) that are equal to and can also integrate with Bldg 1840’s currently installed Haworth branded workstations? If so, please provide the name and information on the products.
(2) Can you provide items in Attachment 1 – Building 1840 Layout and Chairs?
(3) Are design services needed for this type of requirement?
(4) Do you have a pre-priced contract vehicle in place? If so, what is the vehicle (NASA SEWP contract vehicle, GSA, GSA 2GIT, etc.) and what is the contract number?
(5) Is a warranty included? If so, how long?
(6) Do you plan to provide a quote if this requirement is solicited? If so, how long will you need to prepare a quote?
(7) Will you be interested in attending a site visit if the requirement is solicited?
(8) Company name, address, point of contact telephone number, e-mail address, CAGE/DUNS.
(9) Representation/Certification of small business socio economic status (if applicable).
Interested sources shall respond to this Sources Sought no later than 27 August 2025 at 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time. Email your responses to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Cayce Moses, at cayce.moses@spaceforce.mil.
