SOURCES SOUGHT (MARKET SURVEY)

Minuteman Missile National Historical Site (Reference 140P6322Q0027)

The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of vendors for a possible upcoming project. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the firm. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy decision based on the results of this market survey and a future solicitation may be issued as unrestricted without further consideration.

We are seeking Prime Contractor interested in support of Minuteman Missile National Historic Site to replace lift station electrical panel, pumps, and valves.

This is not an invitation for bid (IFB), request for proposal (RFP), or Request for Quote (RFQ) and does not constitute any commitment by the Government to issue any solicitation. All interested firms must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this market survey. Any solicitation that may be issued will be posted on SAM.GOV

Project Description: Work consists of replacing the lift station electrical panel, pumps, and valves. This will include demolition of existing Panel, Pumps, Valves, Piping, Components, Assemblies, Hardware associated inside Wet Well, Valve Pit and Control Panel. Arrange for Septic Pumping Services while working on component replacements in Wet Well.

Project Location: Minuteman Missile National Historic Site, 24545 Cottonwood Road, Philip, SD 57567. (Exit 131 off Interstate 90)

Project Performance Period: The performance period is anticipated to be 120 calendar days inclusive of material lead time and normal weather patterns that my disrupt work.

Disclosure of Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Interested contractors should also consider their construction bonding capacities when responding (if applicable).

The associated NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The small business size standard is $45 million.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: New size standards were updated effective December 19, 2022. Businesses registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) must update their SAM registration in order to have their small business status updated based on the new size standards. SAM profiles will continue to display the small business status under the old size standards until SAM registration is updated.

Contractor must be registered as a small business under the listed socio-economic categories in SAM (System for Award Management) under NAICS code 237110 to be considered/confirmed.
