MULTI-USE PAVILION AT MEADOWOOD

LORTON, VIRGINIA

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the design, supply, assembly, and installation of a steel shade structure at the Lower Potomac Field Station, Meadowood Recreation Site.

The overall purpose of the contract is to provide protection from the elements during winter and supply shade during the summer months. The project requirements include all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work as per the statement of work.

The estimated project magnitude of construction is $250,000 – $500,000.

This Sources Sought (SS) is intended as a means of conducting market research, which will help determine the best method for the anticipated solicitation and subsequent award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 238120, “Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors”. The small business size standard is $16.50 million.
