NEIBER FIRE FENCES PROJECT
WORLAND, WYOMING
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for fences replacement along BLM-managed lands in Washakie County Wyoming. The work covered by the contract includes furnishing labor and equipment to remove approximately 22 miles of four wire fence and approximately 5 miles of woven wire fence, this should include approximately 100 stress panels, 60 wire gates, 45 corner panels, 122 end panels, and 147,840 feet of wire. Additionally, constructing approximately 28 miles of four wire fence, up to 250 Stress panels, 60 wire gates, 45 corner panels, and 132 end panels. The project requirements include all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of fences as per the statement of work and plans.
The estimated project magnitude of construction is $590,000.00 – $650,000.00.
This Sources Sought (SS) is intended as a means of conducting market research, which will help determine the best method for the anticipated solicitation and subsequent award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 238990, “All Other Specialty Trade Contractors”. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will apply wherein at least 15 percent of the work must be performed by the small business prime contractor and similarly situated small business subcontractors.
