ACTION: Sources Sought
TITLE OF PROJECT: Design Permanent Contact Station and Corrective Drainage Features for Old Rag Parking, Shenandoah National Park.

GENERAL:
Responses to this Sources Sought are due to the Contracting Officer, Gabriel Zambrano, gabriel_zambrano@nps.gov by 31 March 2024 12PM ET.
The National Park Service plans to solicit and award a contract to add a contact station, correct drainage denatures within the parking lot, and the installation of a vault toilet in accordance with the Statement of Work.
A “draft” SOW is attached detailing the requirements stated above.
The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Contract.
Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with the DOI are required to have an active registration in the Systems for Awards Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
This Sources Sought is not a solicitation document. Responses to this Sources Sought are used by the NPS in developing Market Research Report’s and will be used in determining the most suitable sources to solicit this requirement.
Funds are presently available for this requirement.
The NAICS Code for this requirement is 238990, All Other specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $19M.
The estimated magnitude for this effort is between $1M and $5M.
Proposal receipt date is not known at this time. The actual date will be established in the solicitation documents.
