Statement of Requirements SIPR Classroom Equipment – Eaker Center for Leadership Development

PURPOSE. The purpose of this Statement of Requirements is to define the hardware and procurement specifications necessary to establish a compliant SIPR (Secret Internet Protocol Router) environment within the Eaker Center classrooms in Building M1404 at Maxwell AFB. In support of the Thunderbolt II initiative renovations, this effort requires the acquisition and integration of secure networking and cryptographic equipment, specifically four (4) network switches, four (4) Information Processing System (IPS) containers, Two (2)TACLANE SM Optics, and seven (7) NIAP-approved Secure KVM switches. Implementing this equipment is critical to splitting NIPR and SIPR display capabilities, ensuring the facility can securely host courses involving classified material in strict accordance with AFMAN 17-1301, AFMAN 17-1203, and DISA TEMPEST/COMPUSEC directives.

2.0 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The following requirements are required for performance under this contract: The contractor shall provide and deliver all necessary hardware, equipment, and associated components (excluding the Government-Furnished encryptor base unit) to establish a compliant SIPR (Secret Internet Protocol Router) classroom environment in Building M1404 at Maxwell AFB.
