3.1.2 The Architect-Engineer shall prepare Concept / Schematic Design Documents to be approved by the
Owner, which shall include a summary developed to sufficient detail to convey an initial indication of the design of the Project, functional relationships of all interior and exterior areas, the relationship of the Project to the site, the materials to be used in construction, and a summary of the types of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to be utilized.

The Architect-Engineer shall submit to the Owner two (2) hard (paper) copies and one (1) electronic copy of the Design Development Documents and a revised Estimated of Probable Project Construction Cost based on current area, volume, or other unit costs.
