About this file

This is a Statement of Objectives (SOO) for advertising and website development services for the Gunfighter Skies 2026 Airshow at Mountain Home Air Force Base. The contract period runs from award through May 15-17, 2026, with performance targeting the Idaho markets of Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, Boise, Kuna, Mountain Home, and Twin Falls. The primary objective requires contractors to establish advertising campaigns utilizing radio and television stations in the identified regions. Additional optional objectives include developing a professional, user-friendly website with alert messaging capabilities via cell phone and email, implementing billboard advertising with contractor recommendations on placement and quantity, and establishing social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms with cross-posting coordination to official Mountain Home Air Force Base accounts. The estimated project magnitude is $20,000-$40,000, with the work limited to certified small businesses.

All advertising content, website updates, and social media materials must be derived from or approved by the 366 Public Affairs office and the Airshow Director prior to release on any platform. The contractor must demonstrate capability to manage dynamic content updates as the airshow dates approach and provide live information tracking. This is currently a pre-solicitation/sources sought notice for market research purposes only, with no contract award anticipated from responses. The Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command is the contracting agency, and interested small businesses—including Woman-Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business entities—should submit responses of no more than three pages including company information, CAGE code, and detailed capability statements.
