CARDINAL REQUIREMENTS

4. Proximity to MHAFB. The accommodation(s) shall be located within Boise, Idaho so that the one-way travelling time to Boise Airport can be kept to 20 minutes (approximately 10 mile radius) by car to minimise travel fatigue. a. The accommodation should be within 10 minutes driving distance (approximately 5 mile radius) to grocery stores and/or supermarkets. This will allow the personnel access to food and other public amenities in the vicinity of their accommodations so that they can reduce exposure to wider public areas.

b. There should also be no more than 2 beds per room and the bathrooms are required to be en-suite (per room) to minimise contact between personnel and other guests.
