STATEMENT OF NEED
US Space Force
Front-End Loader Six-Month Lease for Snow Removal
31 October 2023
1. SCOPE:
A 4.0 to 4.9 cubic yard loader needs to be rented or leased to meet snow removal requirements.
2. REQUIREMENT:

3. SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING:
• Shall have a 4-4.9 Cubic yard bucket.
• Shall be 4-wheel drive.
• Shall be closed cab with heat and air conditioning.
• If possible, ACS industries, Inc #70 Pro-series front coupler attachment.
4. DELIVERY:
Must be made to Buckley Space force Base. A lowboy delivery vehicle will be required, as there is limited access and no off-loading ramp available. The contractor shall deliver the above requirements no later than 7 days after receipt of order.
