About this file

This document provides a Q&A amendment and extension to a solicitation for a skid steer loader and attachments for a health center. The solicitation is issued by the Indian Health Service Albuquerque Area Office for the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in New Mexico. It is set aside first for Indian small businesses under the Buy Indian Act. If no acceptable offers are received, the requirement will be opened to other small business categories. The amendment extends the response deadline to February 16, 2024 and answers a question about payment terms and subcontracting. Offerors must submit technical, equipment, delivery, and price proposals by the new deadline to the identified contracting officer. The solicitation is for the purchase of one skid steer loader with attachments and a flatbed trailer to support operations at the health center.
