The Contractor shall be given at least twenty-four (24) hour notice of any such closure.

For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will be provided one (1) key to provide access to service areas. This key is to be used only for contract purposes. This key will not be utilized to provide access for any individuals not performing contract specific work. During the contract period, the Contractor is assumed responsible for the key. At the end of the service period, the key must be returned to the TPOC. Final payment is contingent upon return of the gate key.

9. Flooding - During extended periods of heavy rain, various parks and areas are subject to flooding due to increased river levels, which in turn may reduce service areas or cancel service in an impacted area. During such periods of flooding, the Government reserves the right to request a modified per-service price for grounds maintenance services in specified project areas in lieu of the services bid price listed in the bidding schedule. The per-service price shall be negotiated between the Contractor and the Contracting Officer. After the flood conditions have ceased, the Contractor shall resume normal contract requirements.

10. Payment - The Contractor shall furnish the TPOC with one (1) invoice per month. The invoice shall include the invoice date, contract number, dates of service, description of work, quantities, and total amount due per line item.
