Instead, the Contractor may use a specified hose bib/spigot at the office locations. The TPOC shall indicate which spigot(s) are available for use.
Excess mixed chemicals shall not be discarded on the property, and at no time shall equipment or materials that have had contact with the chemical be rinsed in a river or stream.
v. All chemicals shall be applied in accordance with the State of New Hampshire's Rule PES 500 "Restrictions on the Application of Pesticides by Commercial Applicators and Permittees".

If the herbicide application has less than a 90% kill rate, then the Contractor will be required to retreat the deficient areas within 30 days, at no additional expense to the Government.
Note: Photo documentation prior to herbicide application and forty-five (45) days after herbicide application will be used by the TPOC to determine kill rate of vegetation within the treatment area.
ix. The Contractor shall inform the TPOC when each of the service areas has been treated and considered to be "completed" by the Contractor so the 45 days can begin for that service area.
b. Treatment Area(s) Chemical Vegetation Control:
i. The treatment areas require herbicide treatment to all vegetation within the designated area (s); including but not limited to woody vegetation, invasive plant species, noxious weeds, and/or grasses within the areas marked on the Informational Maps.
