About this file
This is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Solicitation (W912WJ25Q0064) for potable and non-potable water testing services at Hopkinton and Everett Lakes in New Hampshire. The contract, set aside exclusively for small businesses with a size standard of $19 million, requires a contractor to perform comprehensive water testing and analysis services, including collection and laboratory examination of samples from private and public drinking water sources and beach locations. Specific testing requirements include quarterly total coliform and E. coli testing at multiple locations, weekly beach E. coli testing during mid-May through September, and annual nitrate testing, with additional provisions for field support and retesting as needed.
The solicitation covers a base year with potential two one-year option periods, running from contract award through December 31, 2025, with subsequent option years through December 2027. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have state-level water testing certifications, and comply with extensive safety, environmental, and operational requirements. Samples must be collected and processed according to strict state and federal regulations, with rapid reporting of results to the Technical Point of Contact. The total contract value is not specified, but bidders must submit pricing for various testing services across different frequencies and locations.
