OPEN MARKET ITEM(s):

The U.S. Army intends to award a delivery order for the Industrial Hygiene Equipment and Accessories listed below. The items must be new and in original packaging.

The end user conducted online market research and has identified examples of items that appear to meet the salient characteristics. This is NOT a brand name acquisition. The Government will give fair opportunities to any brands/models from any manufacturer meeting the items described in the solicitation document. FAR 8.404(f) allows ordering activities to include open market items on SAM.gov. In order to provide a total solution, it may be necessary to accept quotes containing some open market items. Any open market items must be clearly identified and should only amount to a relatively small percentage of the quote's total value.

AWARD BY LINE ITEM:

The government does consider an award by line item. A partial quote will be considered for an award.
